ORLA® Individual Air System Integration
The goal of the integration is maximum operator ergonomics combined with minimal warehouse space utilization.
Designed for Real-World Warehouse Conditions
Each integration begins with an analysis of:
- warehouse layout,
- material flow,
- packing stations,
- available space and technical constraints.
Based on this, we design a complete air filler production and distribution system, fully tailored to actual operational conditions.
Scope of ORLA® Integration
As part of individual integrations, ORLA® is responsible for:
- selection of the appropriate AirFiller system,
- design of the entire workstation layout or packing line,
- integration of photoelectric sensors and level sensors,
- automatic triggering of filler production,
- integration of elevators, feeders, and guides,
- optimization of operator ergonomics,
- reduction of unnecessary movements and downtime.
Each element of the system is designed as part of a cohesive solution, rather than a separate component.
Automation and Flow Control
Individual integrations enable:
- automatic replenishment of filler at packing stations,
- material level control using photoelectric sensors,
- synchronized operation of production and distribution systems.
As a result, the operator has continuous access to the filler without the need for manual process control.
Ergonomics and Space Savings
When designing ORLA® integrations, our priorities are:
- ergonomic working position for the operator,
- reduction of idle movements,
- shortening of packing time,
- maximum utilization of available space.
Systems can be:
- mounted above workstations,
- integrated with racking structures,
- routed vertically (e.g., using elevators),
- adapted for operation in narrow aisles.
Full Project Responsibility
ORLA® is responsible for:
- system concept,
- technical design,
- component selection,
- total solution pricing,
- preparation of the system for partner implementation.
This ensures the customer receives one, cohesive solution instead of a collection of independent devices.
Typical Applications
- logistics centers and fulfillment,
- high-turnover e-commerce warehouses,
- packing lines with limited space,
- facilities requiring high workplace ergonomics.
The ORLA® Approach
ORLA® designs individual integrations as long-term systems, ready to scale alongside the growth of the customer's operations.
Each solution is created in close cooperation with partners and end-users, with a focus on efficiency, ergonomics, and optimal warehouse space utilization.
